Many EU citizens own real estate in Spain. They use it as a vacation home, for renting or as future residence when becoming a pensioner. This is where I come in, at least as long as there is a house or apartment on La Palma: If you are at the notary to sign the purchase contract as a non-resident, as buyer and seller you will be asked to name a qualified person as your tax representative. As your official representative at the tax office, I am your local address. I take care of your tax affairs as a non-resident, so that you won't have any trouble with the Spanish tax office.
